Terms of Use

Working terms for Tonèl’s free-event private beta.

Agreement and eligibility

These draft terms describe use of Tonèl, a product operated by KreyAI Technologies LLC, based in Arizona, United States. Organizers must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live and able to enter a binding agreement.

What Tonèl provides

Free-event V1 lets organizers publish free events, issue reservations and secure QR tickets, manage team access, communicate material changes, export attendee lists, and check attendees in. Tonèl is a technology service, not the event organizer, venue, promoter, insurer, security provider, or emergency service. A listing is not Tonèl endorsement.

No attendee payment processing

Tonèl does not charge attendees for free-event tickets, process ticket payments, hold attendee funds, provide escrow, or issue payment refunds. Organizers may not disguise a paid ticket as a free event or require an undisclosed payment as a condition of entry.

Organizer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event, venue, time, capacity, accessibility, age, and entry information.
  • Have authority to host and ticket the event and to use submitted names, images, trademarks, and content.
  • Handle permits, licenses, insurance, staffing, safety, accessibility, and legal compliance.
  • Promptly record material changes or cancellation so attendees can be notified.
  • Use attendee data only for event operations and separately authorized purposes.
  • Protect team access and remove members who no longer need it.

Attendee responsibilities

Attendees must provide accurate reservation information, protect ticket links and QR credentials, follow lawful event rules, and avoid duplicating, improperly transferring, or attempting to reuse a checked-in or revoked credential.

Enforcement and availability

Tonèl may investigate reports, request verification, limit reservations, remove content, revoke tickets, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal rights. Serious or urgent matters may be acted on without advance notice, with human review of appeals where appropriate.

The private-beta service may change and is provided for evaluation. Final warranty, liability, dispute, governing-law, and consumer-rights terms will be added only after legal review and will not apply retroactively merely because this draft is visible.
