Tonèl private beta
Support and Reporting
How support will work during the Tonèl private beta.
Private-beta support
Public support, privacy, abuse-reporting, appeal, and security addresses are being finalized. During the private beta, use the contact channel through which you received access or contact the organizer for event-specific questions. Do not send passwords, API keys, complete QR secrets, or unnecessary identity documents.
Event-specific help
Contact the organizer first for event details, venue access, schedule changes, or commitments made outside Tonèl. For a missing ticket, check spam and use Tonèl’s ticket lookup or resend flow with the reservation email address.
Safety and abuse
Tonèl is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. A public reporting channel will be added before broad launch for scams, impersonation, unsafe or prohibited events, privacy concerns, account compromise, and security vulnerabilities.
Planned response targets
These are planning targets, not service guarantees. Final staffed hours, languages, and escalation contacts will be published after review.
- Credible imminent-safety or child-safety concerns: as soon as practicable during staffed periods.
- Account compromise, active security issues, or day-of-event ticket problems: target within one business day.
- General support: target within two business days.
- Privacy requests and appeals: acknowledged promptly and completed within the applicable legal or published period.
